熟成肉のタリアータが名物っぽいが食べた印象では、かなり硬かったです。
部位はうちももとシンタマということでしたが噛み切るのが結構大変でした。
1番美味しかったのは前菜の盛り合わせとソーセージ、ティラミスでメインのタリアータが1番見劣りしました。
