カステラの幅、以前はもっと太いものが
主流だったような気がするのですが…
最近はスリムなもの、切れ目が入っているもの
が増えましたね。
原材料のトップに鶏卵が来ています。
コクがあって香ばしくて…
ふわっとした生地が甘い香りの空気をたっぷりためていて…
王道のカステラという感じがします。
底の方1/5はしっとりと水分を含んでいます。
底にはザラメがまばらに敷いてあって
たまに当たるしゃりっとした食感と脳に響く甘さが良いですね。
