以前はここに、茶可舗仔という中華のお店があって、こちらの料理も食べログに書いたのだが結構満足していたので、一時的になくなっていたのでかなりがっかりしていたのだが、出来上がった新店舗、JASMINEは有名店で、びっくりした。店の作りは完全に一緒なのにね。惜しいのは以前に貯めてたサービススタンプが無効になったことだろうか。。。(笑)
さて、今日も今日とて、こちらで食べるのは、担担麺。以前の店舗ではお客のアンケートから生まれた3種類の白、黒、汁無の担担麺があったのだが、こちらは普通の担担麺と、汁無となる。汁のある担担麺も好きなのだが、気温がこうも暑いと、どうしたって汁無食べてかーっと行きたいところ。。。変？ですか。。。注文の付け方も、麻辣とわざわざ書いてあるので、「少し辛め、、、花山椒多めでお願いします」と注文して、ついでに、200円だから麻婆豆腐もつけてしまった。ここで驚いたのはその麻婆豆腐の200円なのに量の多さだった。あわてて、メニューに小さく書いてある、「麺類を注文されたお客様はご自由にライスをおつけします」とあったので注文して、麻婆豆腐への当ても完備したうえで、さっそく汁無麻辣担担麺にとりかかる。たしかに、太目の麺ではあるけれど、もっと太くても美味いと思う。なにせ、辛みだけでなくしっかりしたうまみも備わっているペーストがあるので、細麺ではこれを受け止めきれていないと思う。ぐちゃぐちゃと、時間をかけてかき混ぜ、食べ始める。確かに十分に辛い。普通の人にはかなり辛い。私にはちょうどいい辛さで、白いご飯もばっちりだし、同等の辛さを持つ、麻婆豆腐の豆腐と肉のバランスが素晴らしいので、つい白米をたくさん食べてしまう。テーブルに置いてあるおしんこがまたこれにばっちりマッチ。
いやいや、人気店になる理由がわかります。これは美味い。人におすすめするレベルだわ。
