東京出張のホテル宿泊先のランチ時に、そばが食べたく検索した結果ヒットしたのが「京都鴨そば専門店 あまね」さんに初訪問です。
入店後カウンターに陣取りメニューを拝見して決めたのが、鴨そば1,200円と一口かやく御飯です。
着丼すると鴨そばにしては透き通ったスープに脂が浮いていますが、あっさりとしたスープで美味しいです。
九条ネギと鴨もたっぷりと載っており食べ応えもありつつ、とても美味しい鴨そばです。
一口かやく御飯も美味しくいただきました。
