カウンター5席、テーブル6席の小さなお店。肉がお得意なお店らしい。お昼は現金だけのお会計だけど、ハンバーグを食べさせてくれる。
その名も肉魂ハンバーグ。
肉塊かと思ったら肉魂。まさに魂のこもった肉をリスペクトしたハンバーグをランチに出してくれる。
夜の業態は肉ビストロとでも言うべきか、店名からもメニューやワインのラインナップからもイタリアン軸が一本通ったビストロ。特に内臓系のメニューもお得意らしくさまざまな部位を楽しませてくれる店のようだ。
昼のハンバーグはグラム数を選べる。130グラム〜350グラムまでの選択がメニューブックに記載されている。
僕は初回訪問なので遠慮深く230グラムをオーダーしてみる。
他の人は130グラムの人もいれば180グラムの人もいる。
肉は熱々に熱されたキャストのアイアンプレートで出てくる。230グラムの肉は中はまだ火が通っていないところもあるが、その僅かな生部分をプレートに当てて火を入れて食す。
ゴロリとした肉で構成されたハンバーグ。肉汁が溢れ出し、ガッツ溢れる食感である。旨い脂身と赤身とのバランスが素晴らしい。軟骨などの硬い部位とが絶妙な食感と肉感を醸し出し、肉好きには「うー！もうたまらん！」と言うほどの旨さだ。さ○やかのハンバーグのような中が生で柔らかな食感のトロ状のバーグがもてはやされているがハンバーグの本質は肉塊を唸り声を上げながら食らうことであり、本物はこちらでしょう。
こりゃイタリアのいいワインが合うよね。
オーナーシェフとご夫婦？ご兄妹？のお二人で淡々とオーダーを取り、淡々と料理している姿は夜はどう変わるのだろう。
近所に見つけたいいお店です。
僕が午後1時に行ったときには店は4、5人しかいなかったが、15分後には順次客が入り満席に。入店から5分経たずにサラダが出てきて、10分から15分くらいで肉魂ハンバーグが出てくる。
レベルの高いハンバーグ好きには一度は味わってもらいたい唸るハンバーグ。
