日曜日、有明でライブの前にハンバーグが食べたくて、Nodo Rossoさんへ。
12時過ぎの来店で、カウンターに一組、テーブルに一組の先客。
私達は奥のテーブルに案内され、ランチメニューと本日の小鉢メニューを。
ドリンクメニューは別のようで、お声がけして貰いました。
肉塊ハンバーグ 180㌘ 1,480円 × 2
ソースは魂の肉ソース（甘め）とすだち香るポン酢ソース（さっぱりめ）を１つずつ
ライス 大盛（無料）
バターナッツかぼちゃとチーズムースの冷製スープ 780円 × 2
赤ワイン 1,270円
注文してすぐに赤ワインが注がれ、サラダも到着。
色とりどりのサラダはパリッパリでボリュームたっぷり！
サラダが半分になった頃にはスープも到着。
どっしりコクがあって美味しい！
ペッタンペッタンと聞こえてくるハンバーグを捏ねる音をBGMに、どちらも美味しくいただきました。
そして肉塊ハンバーグ、相変わらず美味いです！
肉々しくて、肉汁たっぷりで、お肉自体が甘く臭みが全くないんです。
下味もついているので、ソースなしでも全然いけちゃいます。
米も美味いし、選んでくださったワインも最高！
ライブ前に最高のエネルギーチャージになりました♫
