茄子、オクラ、トマト、色とりどりで目で楽しめて味わって楽しかった
イサキの新鮮さと野菜の新鮮さでみずみずしさを増して堪能できました

わお～…とつい出てしまう一皿
スープ仕立てになっている牛しゃぶと夏野菜、こちらにも茄子やズッキーニ！
程よい赤身の牛しゃぶとスープがとても合いました

浅利と黄ニラのスパゲッティ＋からすみ
割と濃い目の味付けで香りも最高です。黄ニラで黄色味に統一されていて
浅利の出汁とからすみの贅沢な味わいでした

実は最近苦手なサルシッチャですが、これが良いアクセントになってました。
トウモロコシの甘さと塩味のバランスが良く、ぽってりとしたリゾットに

仔羊のロースト、ヤングコーン
骨付き仔羊のロースト、しっかり骨までかじらせていただいたのですが
しっとりと柔らかくミルキーな仔羊 もちろん美味しかった。
付け合わせの野菜たちも存在がとても良かったです。

台湾パイン
コンポート、ジュレ、ミントとジェラート
甘さ控えめでとってもさわやか。
夏前の爽やかなデザート
甘さとさっぱりのバランスが最高でした。
プリントジェラートはお隣りへ♪
最後にハーブティーをいただいて終わり。
実力のあるイタリアンでした(^^)/小さいお店ながらも使い勝手がよさそうです！
