前から気になっていた、モツイタリアンのお店のランチは、ハンバーグです。
題して「肉塊ハンバーグ」です。
店内はカウンター6席ほどに4人掛けテーブルが3卓。カウンター席に先客１名。
サイズを選びます。
350ｇ＠3,180（全て税込）、280ｇ＠2,580、230ｇ＠1,980、180ｇ＠1,490
130ｇ＠1,100。130ｇだけは平日限定。
ソースは塊の肉ソース、ポン酢が選べます。トマトソースは＠50
また目玉焼き＠150，おにおろし＠200，とろけるチーズ＠250などトッピングあります。
さらに別途デザート、ドリンクあります。

３分後にサラダです。
しっかりとした種類と量のサラダは嬉しい。
サニーレタス、水菜、ニンジン、赤キャベツ、トマト、赤カブなどなど、彩りが良い。
自家製と思われるドレッシングはなかなかおいしい。
サラダ提供から７分後に肉塊ハンバーグ130ｇです。
鉄板に載っております。
付け合わせの野菜はもやし、かいわれ、白菜、キムチ？。ややチープかな。
黒毛和牛と豚肉の合いびき肉はかなり粗目に挽かれており、中はレア目な焼き具合。
カットすると肉汁がジュワジュワと溢れる。
肉の粒がゴロゴロとした食感で、肉を食べているような感覚。
まずは、何も付けずに頂きます。
ん－。肉の旨味を感じることができる。
塊の肉ソースは醤油ベースで甘じょっぱい味わいで、付ければ、これはこれでご飯がススム味わい。
肉を食べているような感覚のハンバーグでした。
このハンバーグは久しぶりに美味しかったですわ。
