「肉塊のハンバーグ」？
肉を固めたのがハンバーグだよね？ハンバーグってどれも肉の塊じゃないのかしら？
これは自分で確かめるしかないのでテクテク歩いて行ってきました
「Nodo Rosso」さん(*´▽｀*)
この辺り、なんだかシブい風情があって良いですが、あまりうろつかないエリアです。
ぐるぐる歩きながら到着しました！店頭にハンバーグランチの看板が。
へえ、グラムが選べるんだ。ソースも選べるのね。肉ソースかポン酢ソースか。
トッピングも結構あるな・・・・

ハンバーガーではありがちですが、ハンバーグには中々ないトッピング。
じゃあ、１３０Gのハンバーグとー、ハラペーニョだからポン酢は合わなそうだから肉ソース。
目玉焼きもつけちゃおう(´∀｀*)ｳﾌﾌ
デザートのプリンもいいなあ♪お腹の具合見て余裕があったら頼もうっと。
一人でーすとお伺いすると、奥のテーブル席にご案内頂きます。

その後も断続的にお客様がいらっしゃいますが、満席・行列にはなっていなかったので
ランチ出遅れても比較的に安心して訪れられるのかな？と思いました。
まずはサラダがどどーーーんと！凄いボリュームですねΣ(ﾟДﾟ)
ドレッシングは酸味が丁度よくて、美味しい(´∀｀*)ｳﾌﾌ
お野菜食べなきゃいけないのは知っていますが、野菜でおなかがいっぱいになるのは避けたいのです(´・ω・｀)
半分くらい頂いて、後に備えることにしましょう。
ハラペーニョが先にやってきますが、あ、ピクルスみたいになってるのね。結構量あります。
そして、やってきましたワタシのハンバーグ＆目玉焼き(*´▽｀*)
まだジュージュー言ってますよ！！！
目玉焼きで隠れているので全貌は見えませんが、かなり厚みがありそうです。
「ハンバーグ自体にお味がついているので、そのままでも・・・」とのことで
まずはお肉そのまま頂きます。
目玉焼きをずらして、ぽんぽこに膨らんだハンバーグにナイフを・・・・・

・・・・・・・入らない。肉にナイフが入らない。
何この反発力Σ(ﾟДﾟ)
普通のハンバーグって、ナイフがすっと入って、肉汁じわーーーーっと出て的なのが定番な気がするんですが、こちらのハンバーグはステーキみたいにしっかり手ごたえがある。
ぐぐっと力を入れてしっかり切ると、
確かにこりゃ「肉のかたまり」だわい。
粗引きの更に粗びき気味のお肉は中がうっすらピンクで美味しそう！
ではいっただっきまーーーす！
うん！これはお肉の味がしっかり感じられる！けど味が薄いかな？
では肉ソースをかけて、ぱくり！
あ！このソース、ごってりし過ぎず、ちょうど良い塩味と甘みで、うんまーーーーーーーーーいでーーーーーーーーーーす(*´▽｀*)
ご飯もすすんじゃいますねえ♪
途中でハラペーニョを投入し、お肉一切れに、ハラペーニョ１個でぱくり！
これ、あう！！！
ワイルドな味わいのお肉に、酸味と辛味がピタッとはまって、うんまーーーーーーーーーいでーーーーーーーーーーす(*´▽｀*)！！！！！
ハラペーニョトッピング一押しかも？
途中卵も崩してすき焼き風に。ハラペーニョのインパクトには及ばないけど
安定のハンバーグ・目玉焼きコンビの存在感です！
ハラペーニョ選手のおかげで、どんどん進んで、無事完食(｀･ω･´)
でもプリンは無理かな(´・ω・｀)
お腹ペコペコの時に１８０ｇハラペーニョ×２とかでやってみたいなあ(´∀｀*)ｳﾌﾌ
