仕事で近くまで行く日があったのでランチで訪問。
一番混みそうな12時頃の到着になってしまいましたが、先客はおひとりのみ。思いの外すんなり入ることができました。
ハンバーグはグラムとソースを選ぶシステムで、1番小さい130gに醤油ベースの魂の肉ソースをチョイス。
見た感じはちょっと小さすぎたかな？と思いましたが、食べ終わる頃には程よく満腹になりました。
(女性であればまずは130gで良いのではと思います！)
ハンバーグの感想ですが、まずナイフを入れる瞬間の溢れ出る肉汁！食べる前から期待値が上がります✨✨
表面はしっかり焼きですが、中心部はレア感が残るほんのりピンク。断面写真を撮り忘れてしまいましたが、見るからにゴロゴロとした粗挽きのお肉です。
そして肝心のお味は想像を遥かに上回る美味しさで、衝撃が走りました！
噛みごたえのあるしっかりしたお肉だけどジューシー✨
ソースもとっても美味しく、ソースだけでもご飯が進みます。付け合わせの玉ねぎはあまり火は通していないのか生に近い感じで、ハンバーグの合間に食べるとさっぱりして好みでした！
これは絶対に夜も美味しいお店だと確信しました！

鉄板で出していただけるので油やソースがかなり飛びますが紙エプロンがないということと、お店のスマホが立てかけられていてカウンター席だとちょうど顔の目の前にそのスマホのカメラが位置するので少々不快だったことが減点ポイントですが、味はとにかく素晴らしかったです。
