五目あんかけ焼きそばのセット（780円）を注文。
五目あんかけ焼きそばは、白菜、キクラゲ、小松菜、にんじん、豚肉、イカ、えび、うずら、小貝柱などが入っている。
豚肉とイカは、それぞれ一枚だった。笑
あんかけは熱々で、味付けは良くあるあんかけ焼きそばなんだけど、麺が柔らかく感じた。
チャーハンは、作り置きでない所が嬉しい。
具材は、焼豚、長ネギ、にんじん、玉子などで、味付けもチャーハンらしい風味がほのかに香る。
スープは、たまに味がない店があるけど、とろみがついてキチンとスープとして成り立っていた。
杏仁豆腐も、濃厚な食感ではないものの、程よい甘味に杏仁が香り、嫌いではなかった。
作りたての小チャーハンを出すなんて、手間を惜しまない感が良い。
チャーハン、また食べたくなるかもしれない。
