東京・日本橋茅場町の路地裏に、メニューが店頭壁一面に敷き詰められている町中華があります。雰囲気もセンスも感じられないので入った事がなかったのですが、存在感があるんですよね。
気になり続けて、もう10年以上。
入る事にしました。
全席喫煙可の店内。
店内もメニューが多い（笑）
結構、地味な町の中華料理屋でした。
メニューは表裏、多々あるけどエビチリか酢豚かな。

【感想】
エビチリは好物なだけあって敏感。
こちらのエビチリは特筆な何かはないですが、甘さと辛さ、味の濃さ、エビの食感の全てのバランスが良く、美味しいと思いました。
柔らかくプリプリ食感のエビ。
ご飯にワンバンすると最高〜〜。
ソースはオーソドックスなチリソースのタイプですが、悪くない。
しかも食べているうちに、じんわり辛さが来る。
程よくしっかりした辛さは特徴的ですね。
そして甘さもあって、アメとムチが良いバランス。
ボリュームもああります。

エビチリが辛いので、タマゴスープを飲むと優しさにホッとします。
◻︎杏仁豆腐
周辺の町中華の杏仁豆腐と比べて、しっかりした杏仁豆腐でした。
