今日のランチは日本橋。つけ麺なな蓮に到着。少し時間をずらしたおかげで行列は無し。
せっかくなので水曜日限定メニュー。煮干しつけ麺を頂く。
太麺に三つ葉と海苔。つけ汁は煮干しとゴロゴロチャーシューのコラボ。味はしっかり濃い目。ルーシーに太麺を潜らせて食べる。
うむうむ。旨いな。麺の量は程よく多くてお腹いっぱい。最後にプースー割を頼む。店員が出汁を入れてくれるがもっと割ってほしかった。でも旨いけど水を飲まずにはいられない。
今度来るときはスタンダードの鶏のプースーを食べようと思う。
