クラフトビールは好みのが分かれると思いますので、店員さんと相談しながら自分好みのビールを探すのも楽しいですね。専門店なのでもちろんビールは美味しいですが、ハイボールも美味しかったです。やっぱり居酒屋さんはアルコール類の良し悪しは大切だと思います。
思いのほか料理も美味しく、鯖のスモークは鯖特有の香りとスモークが相まってとても良い香り、身もふんわりとしておりパサパサ感もありませんでした。
白レバーは臭みが少なくレバー特有の香が漂いパッサパッサ感が無くプリっとしたレバーでした。胡麻油と塩を少々付けて食すればフランス料理にも感じられてとても美味しかったです。
価格設定は少しばかり高い気がしますが、日本橋なので致し方ないでしょう。
とても良いお店ですね。またお邪魔したいです。
