休日のお昼。
日本橋でお昼をいただくことにしましょう。
今回は三井タワーの地下1階にあるSTEAK THE FIRSTさんに行ってみましょう。
開店時刻にお店に到着。
先客はいません。
こちらは隣のお店と席が共通なんですね。
席に案内していただいて注文しましょう。
私はお肉を多めにいただきたいので、色々産地のカットステーキ300g、家内はアルゼンチン産サーロインステーキ200gにしました。
それにタコのから揚げもおねがいしました。
最初にサラダとスープが到着。
そしてタコの唐揚げが到着。
タコの唐揚げはジューシーです。
タコの少し苦味がありますが、まぁいい感じです。
そして紙エプロンを付けて待っているとステーキが到着です。
カットステーキは色々な部位とのことですが、かなり食べごたえがあります。
ちょっと顎が疲れる感じです。
家内のサーロインステーキと食べ比べてみましたが、やはりサーロインのほうが柔らかくて旨味があります。
お値段通りですね。
お腹がお肉を求めてなかったら、ハラミステーキにしたほうがよかったかもしれません。
しかしたっぷりお肉をいただきました。
