I went to "steak the first" in the basement of Nihonbashi Mitsui Tower for lunch. I ordered a 200g Steak it was lunch time, it came with rice, salad, and soup. Your skirt Steak will be delivered to you on a piping hot iron plate in about 15 minutes after you place your order. The meat is grilled to medium-rare and is juicy even though it has some streaks, and the slightly thicker parts can be grilled to your desired degree of doneness using the included pellets.
