キャラメルアップルパイとブレンドコーヒーの
セット１５１２円（税込）をお願いしました。
ほろ苦い キャラメル味にコンポートした
リンゴは、味わうごとに甘酸っぱさと相まって
奥深い味わい。という謳い文句でしたが、
リンゴはほろ苦いキャラメル味ではなく、、、
糖度３０%以上あるんじゃない？？
と思うくらい 超～甘かった (^-^;
まあ、個人的許容範囲的にはギリギリかな～
(ちなみに 熟れたメロンの糖度が約１８%)
つけあわせのアイスの方が箸休めになるくらい
と言えば想像がつくだろうか (OvO)
今回の発見！
強い甘さが続くと 逆に甘さを感じなくなる。
うれしかったこと！
お試しのクッキーが小皿にひとつプレゼント。
アールグレイなシンプルな味がおいしかった。
もしかしたら、これはお店側からの甘さに
対するウエハース代わりなのかも知れない。
次回は、ヨックモック定番のシガールを施した
チョコレートパフェでも挑戦してみましょう！
