東京駅から少し歩いたところにある焼肉屋さん。京都にもお店があって、かなりの人気。
店内はテーブル席と個室でそれほど広くはない。
流行りの炭火で焼くタイプではなく、ロースターで焼いて食べれるのも良い。
ここの店の良いところは高級店には珍しくアラカルトで頼めるので、好きなものが好きなだけ食べられるところ。
また、すべてのお肉が抜群に美味しいし、一品料理などもレベルが高い。
特に美味しかったのはユッケとサーロインの矢澤焼き。
ユッケはとにかく肉の旨みと甘みが抜群で、タレがその味を最大限に引き立ててくれる。久しぶりにこんなに美味しいユッケを食べた。
サーロインの矢澤焼きは薄切りのサーロインをさっと炙って卵ダレにつけて食べるすき焼きタイプ。これは店員さんが丁寧に焼いてくれる。薄切りでもしっかりとしたお肉の味わいに卵が絡んでとても美味しい。とにかくご飯が欲しくなる。
締めの料理も種類は豊富だけど、かなりのボリュームなので注意が必要。
サービスも丁寧だし、本当に美味しい焼き肉だった。
