ミシュランビブグルマンに選ばれた割烹料理店。
夜も10000円未満でも収まる優しい価格帯の模様だが、ランチでは1000円前後で複数のラインナップがある。
写真は鯛ゴマめし1050円。ゴマのタレに塗された鯛、ご飯、そして間に挟まる海苔の三位が一体となり、ややもすれば一気に駆け込んでしまいかねないほど美味しい。
金田中で修行されたご主人が繰り出す小鉢も秀逸、特に煮物はそれぞれの食材が1番美味しい状態で食べられるような調整を施しているのだろう。
赤だしや漬物も含めて非の打ち所がない。
八丁堀、京橋、新富町の三駅から中間地点にある他、人気の少ない中層オフィス街の一角にある、隠れ家的なお店。カウンターの他、4人掛けテーブルも複数あるものの、時間帯によっては混雑するほか、13時前には売切が出始める。周辺に飲食店も多くはないため、入れたらラッキーという程度で通うのが良さそう。
