稲庭うどんと天丼で大満足のディナー
2023/7/6(木)18:17訪問。
店内３割ほどの入りですぐに入ることができました。
鶏つくねうどん(冷)と天ばらめし(1,600円)を注文。
５分ほどで商品が到着しました。
うどんは店名の通り稲庭うどんで、出汁は醤油ベースにすだちのような柑橘香るコクがありつつもアッサリとした出汁。
つくねは大ぶりで食べ応えがあり、生姜が効いていました。
卓上には様々な薬味があり、温泉卵は１人１つのようですが、それ以外はお好みで使い放題で、どんどんと味の変化を楽しむことができました。
天ばらめしは舞茸、海老、烏賊の天ぷらが乗っていて、小ぶりながらも大満足お味
全体で量はそれほど多くないようにも見えますが、しっかりと食べ応えがあり、大満足でした。
店員の方の応対も良く、三越前駅から地下直結なのでアクセスが良いのも嬉しいところでした。

13:50：
列の途中でメニューを渡され、少ししてから注文を聞かれます。
鶏つくねうどん(冷)と天ばらめし(1,680円)を注文しました。
14:00：入店
14:08：商品到着
うどんは細い稲庭うどんで、私の記憶の限りだと、EAST百名店で唯一の稲庭うどんでのランクイン。
つけ汁はつくねが入ると必ず温かいものになるそうです。つくねは生姜が強めに効いていて、生姜が好きな方には喜ばれそうなお味でした。
他のお店ではあまり見慣れない薬味があり、どれも入れ放題なのが嬉しいです。
天ばらめしは、金子半之助ですので、安定の美味しさです。
エビ、イカの刻んだものが中心で舞茸、ししとうが入っています。
これだけで普通に１杯食べたいなと思わせてくれる１品でした。
退店時、10人ほどの待ちがありました。
