大手町、神田周辺にて気になる店を選んでいたのですが、時間もあったので日本橋まで遠征しました
11時半前に到着し、並んでいる人はおらずすぐに来店出来たのはラッキーでした。その後、数分後は並び始めてました。
バタバタしてますが店の方がキビキビと動いていて好感が持てます。
注文は肉うどん冷と鶏の握り飯！
セルフの水を取ってきて5分程で着丼。
かなりのつゆだくです。
つゆは濃すぎず飲みやすく、麺は、冷にしたためか、かなりしっかりとした硬さです。
カウンターにはネギ、天かすのほか、生姜、ラー油、塩等の調味料もあります。
一部のうどんには食べ方が張り紙されており、肉うどんは半分程食べたらラー油を入れると書いてありました
肉うどんはお肉自体たくさん入っていて、麺の量が無料で大中小選べたようでしたが、恐らくですが中の量だと思いますが満腹でした。悪くなかったが、量的に握り飯要らなかった
また、半分程食べてニンニク入ラー油をかけて食べましたが、味変としては問題なく、全部普通に食べても良いなと感じました。これはもう好みです
あと肉は美味しかったのですが熱の方が良いと思います。油が白く固まるので気にならなければ冷でもOKですが、食べ進めてる時に少し気になりました。
次はカレーうどんあたりを食べたいなと
