老舗が並ぶ日本橋室町の路地に入ったところなので、ちょっと分かりにくい立地
入口を入ってすぐの左右のカウンター席は土間の様ですが、奥はテーブル席もあり落ち着いた雰囲気
うどんの種類はかけうどん、肉うどん、釜玉うどん、生醤油うどん、牛カレーうどん、肉ぶっかけうどん、ごま味噌うどん
それぞれにおすすめのトッピングがセレクトされており、お好みの組み合わせでオーダー
卓上にはおろし生姜、ラー油、生醤油が用意されており、提供時に店員さんがどれを使うのがおすすめか、うどん毎に食べ方を威勢よく説明してくれます
私のオーダーは釜玉に明太バターをトッピング
コシがあってもちもちの麺に、ピリ辛さとバターのコクが混ぜ合わさって美味しい
パスタにありそうな組み合わせ
ねぎと天かすはかけ放題ですが、今回ハンバーグ洋の味わいなのでそんなに要らないかな
釜玉には出汁が付いていて、麺を食べ終わった後に丼に投入して玉子スープにするのがおすすめだそう
投入してみると美味しい鰹出汁で一気に和の味わい、、老舗が集まる界隈であることを思い出させます
うどん自体の量は少なめ
なので、天ぷら、牛飯、ねぎとろ丼などセットメニューもあり
トッピングやセットをつけるといいお値段になってしまいますが、単品でオーダーしている人はほぼ皆無
