有名ね鰹節、乾物屋さんです
今日は出汁を買いたくて伺いました
すると店先におにぎりのポスティング
中に入ると、とても小さな小さなおにぎり4種売ってます
おかか、しゃけ&ごま、
そして出汁スープ
出汁スープは西の味カツオベースのもの
奥に小さなテーブルがあり、そこでいただく
一組しか食べれません
1人キョロキョロしながら、また道を行き交う人を観ながらゆっくりと味わいながらいただきました
おかかは醤油を絡めたシンプルなもの
今回お目当ての出汁スープで炊いたお米の美味しさが際立つ
しゃけ&ごまは、しゃけの食感、ごまのプチプチした食感が合間って、美味しい
スープは、熱々で、優しい味で、身体に染み渡る感じがしました
ゆったりとしたプチランチでした

八木長さんに、出汁パックを買うために伺った
いろいろと出汁を見ているうちに、
出来立てのおにぎりが登場！！
ここの出汁で炊かれたご飯に、ここで削ったカツオ節に醤油で和えてある
あとすべてのおにぎりに共通している胡麻です。とても美味しい
そこには、はりはり漬けが入っていたり、しゃけが入ってる
スープがついてくる
美味しいに決まっている
