土日限定¥7,700のコースを注文。
デザートまで全7品どれも秀逸でした。
① 活鮑冷菜、旬野菜、クラゲ、香り有頭海老の銘々盛り合わせ
肝ソースのかかった鮑が秀逸でした
② フカヒレ姿（背びれ）の醤油煮込み
スープが絶妙の味わいです♪
③ 北京ダック
包、味噌も美味しい
④ 活帆立貝と大海老の新玉葱ソース炒め
自然な甘みの新玉葱ソースがサイコーでした
⑤ 牛バラ肉の四川ピリ辛ソース仕立て
玉葱の効いたピリ辛ソースとバラ肉の組合せが秀逸で本日1番のお皿でした。
⑥ 名物担々麺 又は 桜海老のXO醤入りつゆそば
担々麺を選択、相変わらず胡麻の味が効いていて美味しい。
⑦ 季節の杏仁豆腐
ソースのいちご味が濃くサイコーでした。
いわゆるヌーベルシノワ風でいい感じでした♪
