友人とのランチで、コレド室町にあるKINTANに行ってきました！
かねてより美味しいお肉を食べたいと皆で話していて今回はこちらのお店となりました。
人気のお店ではあるのでランチでも基本的には予約していくのが必須かと思われ、やはりこの日も席はしっかり埋まっていました。
予約の時に予めコースも決めていて、今回は「牛肉寿司8貫 KINTAN御前」をオーダー。
あとはワンドリンクを注文するシステムです。
ドリンクが運ばれた後、早速前菜のサラダと牛すじの煮込みがまず出てきました。
前菜とはいえしっかり煮込まれたお肉はとても柔らかくてとろっとした食感がとても良いです。
次に茶碗蒸し。特に具材は入っていませんが、しっかり出汁が効いているのもあり濃厚な味わい。
そしてメインの肉寿司！
覚えてる限りですが、
ユッケ、ハツ、サガリ、牛タンのバッテラ、ローストビーフ、大トロ、ウニとキャビアの肉寿司と多彩な種類の肉寿司が一皿にずらっと並んでいます。
特に気に入ったものだとやはり大トロ。しっかりとした歯応えに程よい脂身があり肉の甘みも感じられて絶品でした。
あとはサガリ。どちらかというとあっさり目な味ですが、噛むほどに旨みが出てきてジューシーでした。
バッテラやウニキャビア乗せなんかは普段食べないのでなかなか貴重な味を経験できました。
そして最後には牛肉の出汁で作ったお吸い物、そしてすき焼き風のお肉が登場。
お吸い物は少し風変わりな味ですが、肉の旨味が凝縮されていてけっこうパンチが効いていました。
すき焼きはというと割下の味がしっかり染みたお肉に卵のとろみが混ざることで外さない一品になってます。
〆のご飯との相性も最高ですね。
これだけ色んな種類のお肉を食べられたら大満足。
量ではなくバリエーションでしっかり楽しませてくれる良いコース料理でした♪
