『八重洲に新鋭トラットリア、楽しい独創的なシェフのお料理』
私たちの働く地元・八重洲京橋界隈に新しいお店。
オープンしたて、トラットリア形式のイタリアン「バべリコ」。シックなインテリアで、ワイワイ食べるトラットリア（イタリア食堂）の雰囲気です。イタリアンならではスタッフの陽気でおおらかなお出迎え、温かい接客も嬉しい。
今日はランチ“バべライスプレート（日替わりメインディッシュ・バベの煮込み）”注文。
ご一緒の愛ちゃんも同。イタリア大好き女子同士。
【メイン・プレート】
「ベーコンソテー・スクランブルエッグ添え」
メイン級・おおきなベーコンにスクランブルエッグ。アメリカ人のこよなく愛す朝食セット。くん製ベーコンのじっくり熟成されたうまみがジュわわっと。思ったより脂がくどくなく、まろやかに柔らかい。スクランブルエッグの塩味も、申し分のない美味。美しく食感も楽しい。
「サラダ」
レタス中心、のサラダは、ふんだんにのったおいしいドレッシングがクリーミィ。
「バターライス」
バターの優しい香りご飯。シェフ曰く「メインより主張しないよう軽い味付け」とのこと。ごく少量なのでした。あとでわかった大盛りも可能、。
「“バベの煮込み”鶏と豚のクリームシチュー」
塩気も強くなく、味が深く香りも豊か。鶏肉だけのシチューも美味しいですが、豚肉も両方入ったジュ、えだまめたっぷり、添えに振り掛けてあるパルミジャーノ・レッジャーノの味と香りがソースと相性が良く堪能しました。簡単にいえば、クァットロフォルマッジソースっぽいチーズクリーム濃ゆいシチュー。
でも、ボリューム重視の食事に慣れた近辺のリーマンや私たちには、もう少しお肉の量が欲しいかな。最初、ライスでなくパンを付けたけれどフタ切れだけだったのでライスを追加したくらい。

Italian Cuisine bar ``Babelico'' in Yaesu is a bar-style restaurant where you can casually enjoy Italian Cuisine. The operating company, atseed Co., Ltd., is a real estate company. There was a time when there was a Babelico in Jiyugaoka as well. The lunch menu includes rice plates, salad plates, pasta lunch A, pasta lunch B, pasta lunch C, and doria. I had the ``peperoncino with clams and zucchini,'' and my friend had the ``bacon and mushroom tomato cream sauce.'' [Salad] ``Mini Salad'' A mixed salad of lettuce, cherry tomatoes, etc. with a thick emulsified vinaigrette dressing.
