月曜12時半前訪店。コレド日本橋4Fの中華のお店。川崎や横浜にもあるようだ。この時間、8割の入り。
ランチメニューから、高菜チャーハンのセット(¥1300)をオーダー。
高菜チャーハンは、肉、玉子などバランス良好。スープも適度なスパイシーさ。サラダと搾菜が付いてくる。味はしっかりしている。
ドリンク付きというが、ホットジャスミンティーとレモン水のみ。コーヒーなどあっても良かろう。デザートは杏仁豆腐付き。
