京橋でランチ。
昭和通りと首都高の間にあり、ほぼ首都高沿い。
大陸系の中華店。川崎が本店で都内にも数店舗あります。こちらは５号店と書かれています。
１５時前だからここしか開いていなかった。
先客はゼロ。
ランチメニューは、日替わり、麺類、定食。
冷麺は冷やし中華、冷やし汁なし担々麵、ジャージャー麺がありました。
麻婆豆腐麺は王様のブランチで紹介されたそうな。担々麵は世界一美味しいと書かれていました。
冷やし中華食べていなかったなぁということで
●冷やし中華＠850（税込）をお願いしました。
７分待って冷やし中華とご対麺。
冷やし中華に他、スープ、漬けもの、杏仁豆腐が付きます。
冷やし中華の具は錦糸玉子、きゅうり、ハム、カニカマ、頂上には海老１尾と寂しい内容。
カラシはデフォで添えられます。
麺は平べったく、多少縮れが入っており、表面はツルツルです。
たれは通常の酢醤油で、酸味も程よく、よくある冷チューの味わいですね。
具材はたれに浸して頂きます。きゅうりの量が少ないのが残念ですね。
カラシと絡めて食べ進めます。
スープはかきたまで、人参も入る。
味はやや薄め。
そこを搾菜の辛口味でアシストさせるが、冷チューに辛口搾菜は合わないなぁ。
杏仁豆腐は大陸系中華店にある固まっているタイプ。
ソッコーで杏仁豆腐を食べてごちそうさまでした。
今度はチャーボンかな。
それにしても何で点が高いのだろうなぁ？
