12時55分入店。
一人だったので右奥のBARカウンター席へ。
メニューを見て週替わりパスタランチ
小柱とひらたけ、ドライトマトとブロッコリーのアーリオオーリオスパゲッティーニ 1000円
サラダかスープが選べるのでサラダをチョイス。
パンついてくるようですね。
こちらのお店、11時から11時30分の間はドリンクがサービス。
13時以降来店の人はコーヒーもしくはティーが飲み放題。
12時55分に入店している僕の周りには当たり前のようにコーヒーがサービスされる。
これを知らなかった僕は、スタッフさんにコーヒーもらえるんですか？と尋ねたところ、当たり前のように13時以降来店のお客様はコーヒーは飲めますがお客様は12時55分の入店ですので普通にお金が発生しますと・・・
そりゃそうですよね。
でも、スタッフさん。
自分も初めてきたお店で同じ事言われてみてください。
きっとこの区別感はイラッとしますから。
パスタも普通に美味しいし、サラダのボリュームもあって良いだけにランチで1000円取る以上もう一工夫欲しい。
それがドリンクであるなら、今回などは初めてのお客様でいらっしゃいますか？と聞いて今回だけ特別にと、コーヒーサービスしてくれていればサービス満足度はよく、全体的に満足できましたね。
