パエリア世界一という惹き句で訪店。
ドリンク１杯サービス利用、グラススパークリングはきりっとして美味しかったです。
前菜３種盛りは、オリーブ、スパニッシュオムレツ、蛸。 グリーンオリーブは結構いけました。オムレツは普通。蛸はちょっと柔らかすぎたかな
鰯の酢漬け ボケロネスというらしいですが、これもワインにあう。
小さめのツナサラダ、ドレッシングが秀逸でした。
パエリアは各種ありました。迷ったあげく、バレンシア風パエリアを。 パエリアとしては馴染みの少ない素材でした。ウサギ、Tボーンみたい、筋張ってもう一つ。エスカルゴ、インゲンも特筆するほどではない。但しライスに移された風味はさすがです。 最後はこびりついたライスを店員がこそげてくれました。ただ、その時点で冷めているので塩味が勝ってしまうのはしかたないか。
機会あれば、魚介パエリア、イカ墨パエリア、そしてショートパスタを使ったフィデウアもトライしたいです。
いつも通うというよりは、たまに訪れたい感じです。地方在住民としては、こんな店が近くに欲しい。
