高島屋B1のオシャレなフォーが美味しいアジアンエスニック。
月に2度訪れるアジアンエスニックを食したい欲求。
どうやら日本橋高島屋B1にフォー専門店があるとのことで足を運びました。
15:00過ぎに入店したこともあり、空いていました。
パクチーいっぱいの温玉パクチーまぜフォーと333ビールを注文。
333ビールはベトナム国内シェアNo1ビールとのこと。アッサリしており飲みやすいです。
無料トッピングの、もやしとパクチー盛りとレモンソースを追加で入れるが、これがまた美味い。
非常にヘルシーで美味しく、サラッと入れるのでサラリーマンやOLの方のランチにもオススメです。
