休日ランチ。娘の雛人形を見に、髙島屋へ。（出遅れ気味）
久しぶりの髙島屋ランチ。休日の単価はやはり高め。
そんな中で、大好きなガレットが食べられるこちらのお店へ。
●サーモンのバジルソース@1,650

粉チーズは苦手なので抜いてもらいました。
まずはスープ。炒めた玉ねぎの風味が香ばしく香るスープ。焦がし煮詰めた甘みが美味しい。
そしてガレット。野菜もりもり。サーモンは肉厚で、見るからにとろける脂が美味しそう。中には卵とチーズがイン。
ガレット＝蕎麦粉のクレープのはずだけど…周りはパリパリなのは良いとして、全体的に硬い。ハードすぎて、ナイフで切れず、引きちぎる感じ。引きちぎった後に折り畳むのも、フォークで刺すのも難しい。食べづらい…。
これは蕎麦粉なのか？と疑問になります。
もっと薄くて、ふにゃふにゃで、いい意味でぼそっと素朴で…そんな生地をイメージしていたのですが、だいぶ違う。
これはこれで味は美味しいのでいいですが、期待していたガレットとは違いました。
トッピングのサラダとスモークサーモンは見た目の通り、シャキシャキフレッシュ×とろける脂と引き締まった塩の旨味が口の中で広がって美味しい。
中の卵はちょっと硬めだったので、もう少し半熟でとろけたら嬉しかった。
店員さんは丁寧でしたし、居心地は良かったので、ここにまた来るのなら、ガレットじゃなくてオムライスにしよう。
