～木々のあるガーデン風レストランで、“パンケーキ”とパスタを堪能～
日本橋高島屋新館・オリジナルパンケーキと本格料理のカフェ「cafe VAVA」
「美味」と「健康」がコンセプト。看板メニューは１００％国産米粉を使った「VAVAのパンケーキ」、世界の茶葉を厳選した紅茶のラインナップ。
ランチメニュー・パスタランチセット（日替わり１種）、モンティクリストランチセット、苺＆ベリーパンケーキランチセット、アラビアータパスタランチセット、天使の海老バーガーランチセットなど。
私と同僚ちゃんは同じ注文。パスタランチセット・日替わり「モンサンミッシェル産ムール貝と香草のオイルソースのパスタ」・ミニサラダ、飲み物付き。

「モンサンミッシェル産ムール貝と香草のオイルソースのパスタ」
白ワインでさっと火を入れたモンサンミッシェル産ムール貝は小粒の身ながら、ふんわりとして甘味があります。ソースにもしっかり旨味が溶け込んでいてタイムやハーブが香り、ガーリックとオイルでコクのあってボンゴレロッソ的な美味。バケツいっぱい食べたいムール貝。

かなりおいしい。しかもたっぷり。
誰もが美味しく感じる味付けに仕上がって、期待を裏切らない、美味しい料理。店員さんの対応も明るく丁寧、とても良い気分でパスタをいただきました。
ちなみに姉妹店はＫＡＺＡＮやＭＡＳＱＣＩＬＱなどと同じご経営。魚介系は強いのかも。
