日本橋高島屋新館の1階にあるお店。ショーケースにあるパンをオーダーするスタイル。日曜16時に来店して、待ちはゼロ。
オリジナリティあふれるパンはどれも気になるものばかりでなかなか決められなかった。
クロッカンショコラ422円
カレーパン411円
フガス368円を注文
どれも小さいため、高めの設定である。手土産に良さそう。
カレーパンはお酒を使用、とあったが、味としてはそれほど感じず。トマトの甘味が強めの豚ひき肉カレーだった。
クロッカンショコラは、ザクザクしたチョコの食感が楽しめるが甘い。
フガスは、黒胡椒が予想以上に強めだったが、生地の弾力性も相まっておつまみによかった。
