人形町の人気ハンバーガー屋さん、ブラザーズさん。
日本橋高島屋の中にも店舗があり、この日はこちらを利用しました。
日曜日、開店した直後に訪問したところまだ3つほどテーブルが空いていたため、そちらに案内されました。しかし、さすが人気店。開店20分後くらいには待ちができていました。店内は他の店舗同様、赤を貴重としたクラシックな内装。とてもオシャレです。
注文したのは、ベーコンチーズバーガー。
バーガーは10分ほどで提供されました。
白にブラザーズと書かれたお皿にどーんとバーガーが載っているのは圧巻。
バーガー袋に包み込んで、熱いうちにいただきます。
やはり美味い！
癖がなく、一体感のある安定した美味しさです。
パテの肉肉しさもあり、ハンバーガーを食べてる！と実感出来る美味しさです。
また、ブラザーズさんはデフォルトでオニオンリングが着いてくるのもうれしいですね。
久々にがっつりとお肉をいただいたランチでした。
