更には日本橋高島屋に支店を持つ
ハンバーガーの名店「ブラザーズ」さん。
そして東雲店以外の店舗は全て
ハンバーガー百名店2024を
受賞しているというから驚きです。
今回は日本橋高島屋S.Cの
新館7Fにある
「日本橋高島屋店」さんに訪問。
平日の11時～16時までは
ランチタイムメニューが存在し
ディナーよりもお得な値段になっているので
恥を忍んで15時50分に入店し
早めのディナーを取る事にしました。
2021年に人形町本店に訪問した際は
チーズバーガーが1150円だったのですが
なんと1450円にまで値上がりしていました・・・
ということで今回は
普通の「ハンバーガー」を注文。
それでも1320円でしたが泣

わお！見てくださいこの迫力！
某Mや某Mでは見られない
圧巻のボリュームであり
野菜達もかなりフレッシュな印象です。
さっそく袋に詰めなおして頂きましょう。
ギチギチとした肉の旨味はモチですが
カリッとしたバンズが美味いのも特徴です。
また、野菜たちは見た目通り
いや、見た目以上の新鮮さであり
シャキシャキとしたレタスの食感や
熱されて甘くなった玉ねぎが最高です。
素材１つ１つの美味しさが強いですが
ハンバーガーとして、口内で一体になっても
美味しさを感じられるから凄いですね。
他方、フライドポテトは
揚げたてではないのか
ややシナっており、味もぼんやりです。
3年前に比べると
かなり値上がりしていますが
それでも中々の美味しさ。
次回は夜にビールで流しこみたいですね。
