若手だった飯田橋通勤時代、水道橋のかつ吉によくいった。
若手には高いけどしかしちょうどいい高級さで、ご飯、味噌汁、キャベツまでおかわりできるとなると、とてもとてもちょうどいい贅沢だった。
ランチに日替わりで生姜焼きがあって、それは1000円とかすごく安く、しかも美味しくて好きだった。
一発張り込んで超高級な大海老フライを頼んだこととか、いろんな思い出があるかつ吉。
そんなかつ吉に10年ぶり以上にやってきた。
自分の体と脳がノスタルジーを求めているのかもしれないね。
シンプルにロースカツをオーダー。
お通しにいただけた小柱の酢の物がとても気が利いた上品な味。この店がなのか時間が経っているからなのかずらっと並べられたキムチやお漬物がないので、その代わりなのか。でも十分代わりになっている。
白米かしそご飯か選べるのは健在。しそご飯美味しすぎてこれしか頼んだことない。味噌汁も赤だしか合わせか選べていいたけど赤だし一択になっている模様。
丁寧に処理されたキャベツも健在。
オリジナルドレッシングが美味しいんだけど、ここはソースでキャベツを食べる。トンカツは塩で。おかわりしたキャベツには少しだけドレッシングをかけよう！
青春の思い出だから、食べかただって覚えてる！
総合的に変わらずかつ吉はかつ吉だった。
