土曜日の夜7時頃に行きました。
時間帯的に満席でしたので、店の外の椅子で待つことに。 15分位で入店出来ました。
着席後にメニューを見て注文します。
ヒレカツ定食(2800円)とメンチカツ(440円)を1つ注文しました。
提供される前にお新香とキャベツの千切りが出されました。その後10分位で定食が提供されました。
こちらにもキャベツの千切りがのってます。
ご飯とキャベツはお代わり無料とのことでした。
ヒレカツのお皿にメンチカツものっています。
ヒレカツの大きさが目立ち過ぎて、メンチカツが小さく見えました。
テーブルには塩とソース2種類があり、キャベツ用にノンオイルのドレッシングもありました。
メンチカツは普通で肉汁等はありませんでした。
クリームコロッケにすれば良かったと後悔しました。
ヒレカツは棒状のヒレカツですが、中まで火が通っておりますが非常に柔らかく揚げてありました。
塩で食べたり、ソースとカラシで食べたりで、色々と試しました。塩とカラシの組み合わせが好みの味となりました。
味噌汁は赤出汁でした。豆腐とナメコが入っていました。シジミ以外の赤出汁味噌汁はあまり体験してこなかったので新鮮です。
メニューの価格から少し高いと感じましたが柔らかヒレカツは中々でした。
