日本橋タカシマヤの食品フロアでこちらの和菓子屋さんを発見しました。利用したことのない店舗だったので、利用することに。
購入したのは、どら焼き。172円でした。一般的なサイズを持つどら焼き。生地の色合いは理想的というか、模範的というか。
しっとりしていて、優しい食感。中に入っている餡子の粒の食感、良いですね。また、餡子の粒、表皮の食感もありました。どら焼きの生地に、黒糖のような風味を感じましたね。
丁寧に作られていて、美味しいどら焼きでした。
