本日はペアリングのコース、
ワインに合うレシピで仕上がってるメニュー。
ソムリエが厳選したワインと季節メニューのマッチ度が良すぎて、食事の楽しみ方がより一層深く感じた。
料理全然美味しかったです。
個人的に特に一番美味しかったのは「牛タンロースト」！低温調理法で出来上がった牛タンの食感の程よさと副菜の組み合わせ100点。
サービスも程よい親切と丁寧さ、お客さんに温かい気持ちにさせられる、是非またお伺いしたいお店です。
