Normally, they are raised on grass in a pasture, but this is a brand of beef called Aurora Beef, which is raised only on grains. Cheeseburger 1,100 yen. It's pretty good. I waited about 10 minutes after ordering. The only toppings were tomatoes and lettuce. The main ingredient was a thick patty. It was seasoned with salt and a little ketchup. It's like you can taste the meat itself. Because it's simple, the meat's presence stands out. The patty itself is very soft, and when you bite into it, you can smell the rough meat. It really feels like you're eating meat. However, recently there have been more and more delicious gourmet burger restaurants, so my palate has become more refined.
