今日は『コレド室町テラス』の1Fにあるクラフトビールのお店『クラフトロック ブリューパブ＆ライブ （CRAFTROCK BREWPUB&LIVE）』に伺いました。
緊急事態宣言の発令に伴い、コレド室町テラスも休業していましたが、
5/28からコレド室町テラスの営業が再開するということで見に行ってみると、『クラフトロック ブリューパブ＆ライブ （CRAFTROCK BREWPUB&LIVE）』に空きがありました。
以前から気になっていたお店で、いつも満席だったのですが、さすがに緊急事態宣言が明けて間もないということで、周りのお客さんとも十分な距離を取って食事をすることができました。
この日は「オルタナティブIPA」をオーダーしました。苦みがしっかりとあり、好きなタイプです。
クラフトビールのメニューにお店のマークがついている5つは、店内のビールタンクから直接注ぐため、特にフレッシュなのだそうです。
お通しはイチジクバターです。コクがあってビールに合いますね。
■自家製ポテトサラダ
生ハムがたっぷり入っていて、美味しくて食べ応えがあります。
■美味しい野菜を少しづつ バーニャフレイダ
大根やパプリカ、カブなど新鮮なお野菜がたっぷりです。バーニャカウダソースも非常に美味しいですね。
■バッファローチキンウィング
これがピリ辛・スパイシーでビールとの相性が最高です！
■フライドポテト ラムチリコンカン×ハラペーニョチーズソース×グラナパダーノ
これは当然ビールに合います。チリコンカンとチーズのボリュームもたっぷりで満足感があります。
ビールを追加して、これだけ食べて2人で9,000円弱でした。
かなり満足感が高いお店ではないでしょうか。ごちそうさまでした。
