豚バラ肉の焼きしゃぶ定食をオーダー。卵をつけた豚バラひ良いご飯の友になります。ただ、焼き鉄板にて火が通り過ぎて、硬くなっちゃうので、この提供方法は一考の余地がありますね。ごちそうさまでした。
