今日は、三越あたりでちょいと高級感あるランチでも楽しもうかなぁと思いながら日銀通りを歩いていたら、ちょっと若者向きのおしゃれな店にカレーの文字が視界の端っこに見えた。戻って外のメニューを見ると…お！カレーだ！
"薬膳カリープレート"
こりゃ食べなくちゃ！というわけで、三越をおあずけにした。
日本橋1pponという店。
1階のデリで注文支払いを済ませて、2階のテラスや店内席に行く方式。
薬膳カリープレートを注文し、コーヒーとスープ+100円も注文して、ご飯とサラダを入れ替える無料サービスもあったのだけど、ご飯とハーフアンドハーフもOKというので、それを選択した。
2階に上がって、3人がけカウンターの真ん中に案内されたけど、春の陽射しを受けて心地よい。
しばらくして運ばれてきた。
おやまぁ、これは若い女子にウケのよさそうな「かわいくて」「おしゃれで」「ヘルシーな」「女子の喜ぶ」メニューなのだった。

つまり、おいらゴーグル仮面®︎GKには全く似合わないのだけど、そこは大きなお世話だ
お金を払って目の前に来てしまった膳を返すわけにもゆかぬ。おいらは、かわいくておしゃれでへるしいなじょしのよろこぶゴーグル仮面なのである。ということにしよう。
ご飯はひじきなどが混ざって、ここからもうかわいくてヘルシー！
ご飯とハーフアンドハーフにしたサラダは、ブロッコリーとカリフラワーの焼き野菜かな。
別に生野菜のサラダもある。ひじき煮と切り干し大根、かぼちゃのサラダも添えてある。本当にほんとうにホントにヘルシー♪
そして、主役の薬膳カレー！
真ん中にゆで卵がでん！で、プロテインOK！
ひき肉と豆と野菜が豊富におり混ざるやさしい味のカレーで、女子が喜びそう✨

つまり、ゴーグル仮面には全然似合わないのだけど、これは癒しのランチですな。
ゆっくりコーヒーを飲んで、春の陽気を楽しんでから席を離れた。
