土日祝日は16時から営業しているやきとん酒場で飲んできました!!
店名にもあるようにホルモンなど臓器がウリの大衆酒場です。
早い時間から飲めるのは、酒飲みには嬉しいですね。
1本100円からの串焼きなど手頃な値段も庶民には嬉しい限り!!
レバーハツは定番ですが、かしらやハラミも良い味なんです〜♫
からしを付けるとよく焼けした部分の香ばしい香りとともに
ジューシーな美味しさに刺激がプラスされてハイボールがすすみます。
そうそう、お通しから内臓メニューなもの流石ですね!!!
弾力ある食感が楽しめる、もつ煮込み 噛みきれない硬さではなく
ハリの残る煮込みでした。くたくたに煮込まれたものとは違う
鮮度の良さを感じる美味しさは、こちらならではでしょうね！
メインにもつ鍋を食べましたが、旨辛味噌で期待以上の美味しさ!!!
見た目は真っ赤で、辛そうでしたがたっぷりのキャベツに
火が通ってくると、甘さが出てくるのでしょうか？
牛もつ脂の甘さもあるのでしょう、とにかくハーモニーが凄い!!!
ざっざっと男飯に見えるかもしれないけど、完成された味でした。
〆ちゃんぽんにしたけど、これもペロッと完食する美味しさでした！
野菜巻き串焼きや、下町のフォアグラ（レバーね）など
手作り感のあるつまみは、どれも美味しかったですよ。
鬼おろし的な大根おろしがたっぷりのった鬼豚サラダは
ボリュームもあってさっぱりした味で大好評でした!!!
ビルの3階なんですが、階段が少し急なので…お帰りの際は気をつけて！
