I had dinner with a senior colleague who had retired from the company. Last year, when I was stuck at home due to the coronavirus, the thing I wanted to eat the most was Hayakiton. Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) liver dripping with blood is even more difficult to prepare or take home than yakitori. I thought it would be a long time since I retired, so I thought about transportation and found this place in Yaesu. The location is on the 3rd floor. No elevator. It's scary to walk back up the fairly steep stairs, so be careful not to drink too much. The store is still new and there is no smoke. Today is a 4,000 yen plum course that includes premium all-you-can-drink. The seats are narrow. The table is thin. First of all, let's toast with raw malts. The edamame and choregi salad came out right away. The meat sashimi is pork tongue and pork heart. Boiled instead of raw. The octopus sashimi is not raw, so there is no problem with it being slightly boiled. Pair with hoppy white. As expected, it's premium all-you-can-drink. Both the heart and tongue have a good texture. Goes well with garlic. There are two types of skewers. Heart sauce with liver salt. Surprisingly small. Considering the store's name is "organ", it's not wild at all. Add shirotare and kashiratare. Since they are small, they are well-cooked. The sauce is refreshing and doesn't feel overcooked. Here you can take a breather with an egg purse. It's simple but the soup stock and eggs are delicious. Motsuni is made with Joshu-style miso. The cartilage fried chicken was changed to chicken fried chicken due to purchasing availability. The result was 2 hours of all-you-can-drink, which was nice, but I couldn't forget the long staircase. It was difficult to get into the middle of the day, so we ended up reserved for ourselves. About 4500 yen per person. Thank you for the meal.
