京橋エドグランに2月オープンしたばかりの「シュマッツ・ビア・ダイニング 京橋」に行ってきました。「シュマッツ」の28店舗目だそうです。シュマッツの勢いがすごい。
世界最古の「ビール純粋令」・原料を麦芽、ホップ、水、酵母に限定を遵守したドイツ製法にこだわり、東京近郊のマイクロブルワリーでクラフトドイツビールを開発・醸造～。
ランチメニューは、ビアチキンから揚げと自家製ジャーマンタルタルソース、カリーヴルスト、自家製ローストポーク、チキンシュニッツェルパルミジャーナ、ポークグーラッシュなど。ドリンク付き。日本橋高島屋では前菜やスープが付くように、支店ごと違うのが面白いです。ドリンク付き。
今日のメンバー4人とも「チキンシュニッツェルパルミジャーナ」、これはシュマッツならどこにもある定番メニュー。
【ドリンク】
「アイスコーヒー」
最初に出てきた。でも“おかわりもどうぞ、お持ち帰りもどうぞ”とのこと。むしろ感謝。
【メイン】
「チキンシュニッツェル パルミジャーナ」
きつね色にカラッと揚げた鶏の胸肉“シュニッツェル・パルミジャーナ”には、ハーブを入れてきちんと作ったトマトソース、中央にとろーり溶けたチーズソース。カツそのものにトマトソースがどっぷり浸されず、カリカリの食感をのこすのも大切なポイント。付け合わせは、酸味の強めのザワークラウト、冷製マッシュポテト、葉物サラダ。
見た目から社員食堂みたいな馴染のある料理の配分。小さめかと思ったけれど満足、いっぱいでした。

大盛り。美味しい、良い炊き加減でした。
【ドリンク】
「コーヒー」
トマトソースの風味が活きていてチキンカツに合っておいしかった。この内容と量であれば、ＣＰも抜群に良いし提供も早いしビジネスマンにとっては素晴らしいお店です。
