シュマッツさんは最近かなり出店ラッシュですね。クラフトビールとソーセージ。嫌いな人がいるわけではありませんがビールはかなり強気のお値段。中ジョッキのサイズが1000円です。カフェと居酒屋の中間という感じでしょうか。
本日はちょっと仕事が早く終わったので、フライングイン。京橋周辺は17時開始も多く、此方は空いてました。地下の吹き抜けはある意味広場のようで、そこのテーブルは開放感あります。
最初はキリッとしたくて、苦め辛めのIPAから。此方のクラフトは安定。泡少なめで本当は本場流で泡無しでも良いけどできるのかな。
アンチョビが欠品との事でトリュフ塩のフライドポテト、フライドチキンはレギュラーとホット。ショートパスタのチーズかけにソーセージ5種盛りを注文です。
カリカリのフライドポテトはビールに合います。トリュフも下品な量の香りではありません。
フライドチキンはビール衣でサクサク。ホットはスパイスがふりかけられ、ダイレクトなのでかなり辛い。ももの開きなので骨がついてましたが、骨の端の軟骨好きの私には嬉しい。
ソーセージの５種は好きなものを3種選ぶ形でした。モッツァレラチーズ入りが仲間からは人気でした。
後からウィーン風カツレツ。これもサクサクで衣が良い。此方の揚げ物は良いですね。
やはりビールは高いのでそれなりの会計になりますが、ハイボールのメガは1リットルとかなりの量。氷も少なめで、ジョッキも陶器の保冷性が高そうなもの。ビールもガラスのジョッキではなく、あの陶器がよいなあと。
1人4500円ほど。
