ガーリックポークを300g（1,450円）で注文。
ドリンク•ライス付きである。
到着。
鉄板が熱いので油はねに注意して下さいと紙ナプキンを渡されたけど、鉄板からは全く油は跳ねてこなかった。笑
そして、このボリュームの肉に対して、ご飯、少なくねぇ〜が、第一印象だった。
それとご飯の食感が、イマイチに感じた。
鉄板には、素揚げっぽいロースカツ程度の大きさの肉が2枚、厚さは１㎝とちょっとはありそうだ。
味付けは、醤油バター的で甘味と少し酸味を感じる。
ニンニクチップが乗っているので、ニンニクの香りは確りしている。
完食。
注文の際は、150gと300gの選択で、300gとお姉さんに伝えた直後に、また、デカい方を注文してしまったと、頭をポリポリしたのだけれど、肉が素揚げっぽいので、げっそりすることなく結構さっくりと食べ終わることができた。
↑こんな感じで、肉を食べたければ、300gで良いかも知れない。
なんて考えながらお会計を済ませ店を後にするのであった。
そうそう、お会計時にお姉さんにご飯について聞いてみた。
注文時に伝えれば、大盛可能とのことだった。
