今回ご紹介するのは『SCHMATZ BEER DINING 京橋』さんです。
1軒目に行く前に軽く0次会に寄りました。
ふいに入ってみたのですが、雰囲気が良くお客さんも早い時間なのに結構入っていました。
席に案内され、簡単にお店のコンセプトとビールの説明を実施してくれました。
初めてIBUの意味を知って一つ勉強になりました。
皆さんIBUの数値の意味知っていますか？

そんな中私が注文したビールは『ババリアへレス』です。
IBUの数値が高くないので私みたいなビールが少し苦手な人には向いているビールだと思います。
淡い色が特徴的で、一口飲むと甘味がくるのが印象的なビールです。
ババリアへレスはグイグイ飲めてしまうビールになると思います。
口当たりもよくて私の推しビールになりそうです。
他に注文したのは『ハーブソーセージ』です。
香りが豊かで、ハーブが好きな私にはたまらないソーセージです。
ナイフを入れると香りが広がり、ひき肉ともしっかりと合わさって、あっさりと食べれてしまいます。
この年のせいか口当たりのいいビールとあっさりとしたお肉が好きになってきたのかもしれませんｗ
